How do we get your information?
We collect information from you when you apply to be a member or register for or attend one of our events. We also may collect information when we contact you in person or via computer or phone.
What information do we collect?
We collect only the information that you provide to us on our membership application, registration forms or provide to us by way of business card. We also may collect information from you about others in your company who you would like added to our contact list.
What do we use your information for?
Note: Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any external company or organization for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the requested service or providing you with regular membership services.
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in the following ways:
- To process transactions
- To send periodic emails or postal mailings
- The email address you provide will be added to our distribution list to receive mailings informing you of upcoming industry events, opportunities and news, etc. Emails generally do not exceed 2-4 per month.
Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include an opt-out option at the bottom of each email.
On occasion (generally once or twice per year at most), PNAA may send out a bonded mailing via postal mail for one of our members or sponsors To periodically call you about upcoming events or opportunities
You should not expect to receive more than one to two such phone calls per year.
How do we protect your information?
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties without your permission. However, we may share this information with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our web site, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising or other uses.

We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.
