Jim joined Tool Gauge as Sales & Marketing Manager in October 2015, responsible for the company’s global business development efforts. Tool Gauge is a manufacturer of complex, high-value plastic and metal assemblies for global aerospace OEMs and tier-one aircraft interior integrators. Based in Tacoma, Wash. with 125 employees, the company was founded in 1966 with the belief that combining the best talent with leading-edge manufacturing technology would bring lasting success.

During his tenure, Jim has rebranded the company, launched an international sales program, developed a sales and estimating team, and launched effective global marketing campaigns. Jim has been working in the manufacturing sector for 25 years, primarily in plastics and metals manufacturing, serving such companies as FCA Packaging, Phillips Medisize, GM Nameplate, and Precision Plastics in various positions ranging from Business Development Manager to Vice President of Sales.

Jim received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Operations and Production Operations Management from DeVry University in Phoenix, AZ. He is also a United States Marine Corps (USMC) veteran.
