I spent the first 20 years of my career at Bombardier where I started out as a structural designer on the launch of the Q400 and held numerous progressive positions before ultimately finishing my time there as the Director of Engineering and Product Development for that program. During my time at Bombardier I accumulated experience in Engineering, Quality, Operations and Continuous Improvement often with roles which involved several of these disciplines together. On 2 separate occasions I created multifunctional teams and led them where none had existed before. I also launched a Continuous Improvement team from scratch hiring all team members.

After joining Avcorp, as VP Engineering & Quality, I was involved in the launch of numerous new programs to aggressive timelines and budgets at the Delta, BC facility while simultaneously being responsible to improve performance at the Gardena, CA facility. Most recently I have taken on the General Manager’s role at Avcorp in Delta, BC where I am responsible for all aspects of the site operations.
