How do we get your information?
We collect information from you when you fill out a form on our web site, apply to be a member or register for or attend one of our events. We also may collect information when we contact you in person or via computer or phone.
What information do we collect?
We collect the information that you provide to us on our membership application, event or web forms or provide to us by way of business card. We may also keep records of certain communications we have had with you as part of our customer relations management. We also may collect information from you about others in your company who you would like added to our contact list.
How do we manage sensitive data?
We do not directly collect or store sensitive data through our web site or otherwise. Credit card information is handled through trusted, PCI and GDPR compliant third parties. If a credit card number is provided to our staff by phone, the number is entered directly into the PCI compliant system and not stored on PNAA’s server, workstations or anywhere else.
What do we use your information for?
Note: Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any external company or organization for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the requested service or providing you with regular membership services. Any of the information we collect from you may be used in the following ways, depending on the activity in which you participated or the boxes you checked on your forms:
- To process transactions
- To manage your membership
- To contact you in regards to the event for which you registered
- To send periodic emails or postal mailings related to your request or activity
- The email address you provide will be added to our distribution list to receive mailings informing you of upcoming industry events, opportunities and news, etc. Emails generally do not exceed 3-4 per month.
- Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include an opt-out option at the bottom of each email.
- On occasion (generally once or twice per year at most), PNAA may send out a bonded mailing via postal mail for one of our members or sponsors.
- The email address you provide will be added to our distribution list to receive mailings informing you of upcoming industry events, opportunities and news, etc. Emails generally do not exceed 3-4 per month.
- To periodically call you about upcoming events or opportunities
- You should not expect to receive more than one to two such phone calls per year
- To track web site activities on our web site to ensure content is tailored effectively for you.
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures in accordance with industry standards to maintain the safety of your personal information and limit access to the information within PNAA to only those who agree to strictly abide by this privacy policy.
Regarding use of our web site, be aware that the nature of the internet is such that information flows over various networks over which we have no control, resulting in potential access by individuals other than those for whom you intend to communicate.

In that case, we will retain minimum personal information to record that you opted out.
