Nikki Malcom is the President of NFM Enterprises, LLC. A manufacturing representative, sales consultant and coach with over 20 years of experience in the aerospace & defense market. She has served the industry through dynamic sales roles supporting organizations from materials, testing and manufacturing. Helping companies ensure diversity in the industry across aviation both commercial and defense, space and other industries such a medical devices and consumer products.

She has a deep commitment to supporting the aerospace market. Her passion for the industry shows through dedication to supporting companies to find ways to innovate and diversify their product or market offering in line with the changing needs of the industry. She also serve in advisory roles for the Seattle Chapter of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) and the Lake Washington Technical institute MDT Advisory committee.
